The Cryo-ARM200 is a 200kV cryo-TEM with very much the same features as the ARM300 but in a smaller package.
Similar to its large sister the ARM200 also has a Cold-FEG and an In-Column Omega energy filter. For image recording the microscope is equipped with a Gatan K2 direct electron detector capable of high frame rate motion corrected imaging.
