Frontiers Seminar - ZEISS LSM 900 Airyscan: Imaging near to native state under cryo conditions and in vitro and in situ applications for cryo-CLEM

1 July 2022

On Wednesday 13th of July, we will be joined for a Frontiers seminar by Gavin Symonds, Product Manager for Laser Scanning Microscopy, Zeiss and Dr Nicholas Ariotti, group leader at IMB, UQ. They will be presenting an overview of applications and recent advances in the LSM 900 Airyscan 2. We will have the LSM900 Airyscan 2 with the Linkam stage as a demonstration from 11th July - 5th August at CMM’s cryo-TEM facility in QBP.

This compact confocal microscope provides excellent imaging performance combined with low phototoxicity and high speed. When paired with the Linkam cryo stage it enables imaging of structures of interest under low temperature conditions for high resolution cryo electron microscopy imaging. Please join us to hear more about the possibilities.
