Research and Innovation Week (week, 13 - 17 September 2021) celebrates the incredible research, researchers and partnerships within UQ and throughout our diverse community. It aims to raise awareness of UQ researchers across key stakeholders, including staff, current and prospective students, graduates, industry, government, media and the wider community. 

Each day showcases events and activities shaped around one of five research impact themes:

  • Building better bioeconomies
  • Transforming societies
  • Designing technology for tomorrow
  • Achieving resilient environments and livelihoods
  • Leading health lives

Please note that registration is required for the seminars only.  No registration is required for the display/tradeshow.  Please feel free to visit at any time during the opening hours.
