The Remote operation crystallization and X-ray diffraction facility is part of the Centre for Microscopy and Microanalysis (CMM) and is located in the Queensland BioScience Prescinct at The University of Queensland.
The facility provides access to world class equipment for protein crystallization, crystal imaging and X-ray diffraction.
To get access to this facility please submit a project on RIMS for the work that you want to do with your sample on the instruments. Further details regarding registration can be found on our client information page.
The facility coordinates Australian Synchrotron Collaborative Access Program (CAP) for South East Queensland Protein Crystallography.
Rapid access to the Australian Synchrotron MX Beamlines is available on a merit basis. Further information is provided on the Australian Nuclear Science and Technology Organisation (ANSTO) website, see 'Rapid Access' link.
