Dr Candice Michelle Goodwin has a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering and Applied Science, and a Masters in Molecular and Cellular Biology. Candice’s career includes over 10 years of experience in SHE (Safety, Health and Environment) for biotechnology giants Roche, and the biggest biologics manufacturing facility in the Southern Hemisphere, now owned by Thermo Fisher. Furthermore, as a consultant, underpinned with a strong business acumen, Candice has been trained in QMS, ISO, AS, NATA, TGA, OGTR (including PC2), CAPA, auditing, continuous improvement, and environmental control procedures, as well as microbiology and infectious disease control. Candice also has a long history of working with emergency services, from Disaster Management in South Africa, including firefighting and paramedic training, to being a member of the QLD State Emergency Service (SES), as well as Department of Justice approval as an independent investigator.
