Olympus BX61 Upright Widefield Microscope
Principles:
This upright widefield microscope is fitted with brightfield, dark field, DIC, polarised light and fluorescence optics. The Olympus DP70 CCD camera is very sensitive to low fluorescence levels.
Suitable for:
Imaging fixed or risk group 1 biological material and soft matter
Imaging capabilities: DIC, Brightfield, Fluorescence (4 filters: UV, blue, red, yellow) and polarised light.
