Hitachi TM4000 Plus SEM

The TM4000 Plus is an imaging tabletop Scanning Electron Microscope that can reach 30,000 times magnification.  A tungsten wire type electron source is used.  It can be operated at 5, 10 or 15kV in either BSE, SE or Mix (BSE+SE) modes. It has a maximum sample size of 80mm (diameter) x 50mm (height). This SEM is easy to learn and to operate.
