FEI Vitrobot Mark 2, Automatic Plunge-Freezer
An Automatic Plunge-Freezer is used to reproduce freeze particle suspensions in a very thin liquid film for the analysis in a Cryo-TEM. An environmental chamber is used to control temperature and humidity during the preparation procedure.
