The JEOL JCM6000 tabletop scanning electron microscope is an easy-to-operate tool for fast low-resolution imaging of various soft and hard materials. All the microscope functions are clearly arranged on a large operation touch screen. The microscope can operate at high and low vacuum. The low vacuum mode allows secondary electron and back scattered electron imaging of non-conductive samples without coating. This microscope is widely used in life sciences and material analysis to complement optical imaging with more detailed characterisation.
