Malvern Panalytical Zetium XRF

The Malvern Panalytical Zetium (Mineral edition) integrates energy-dispersive (ED) and wavelength-dispersive (WD) X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy (XRF) in one analytical instrument. Increased tube power to 4kW intensifies xray emissions from the sample and reduces the analysis time. Zetium conducts measurements in a wide elemental range from oxygen (O) to americium (Am) at concentrations from ppm to 100 wt%. It is equipped with a fast sample changer and the latest version of SuperQ software. It delivers unique advantages in mineral and mining applications including: reduction in analysis time, improved precision, identification of unexpected elements, enhanced traceability with spectrum archiving.
