Researcher biography

Daniel completed his Bachelor in Photonics and Nanoscience (Honours) in 2017 from Griffith University where he is also currently completing his PhD (Physics) within the Centre for Quantum Dynamics. His current research is focused on the design and fabrication of photonic integrated circuits for the generation of specific quantum states of light that are useful for light-based quantum computation. In particular, Daniel has experience in the development of Lithium Niobate and Silicon Nitride photonic platforms for both quantum and classical applications.
